Online Programs for Adult Learners

M.S. in Organizational & Strategic Leadership

Our 100% online M.S. in Organizational & Strategic Leadership is designed to help students develop or enhance the organizational and leadership skills needed for the fast paced and challenging world of big business, nonprofits, or public service, and to acquire the critical knowledge and skills necessary for those who wish to pursue successful entrepreneurial endeavors.  All course work is completed online in our virtual classrooms with talented professors who have experience in the classroom and in the business or public service world.

The exemplary leadership focus of our program is specifically designed to enhance the skills obtained by students in their B.S./B.A. degrees, and to connect classroom theory with professional practice, all from the flexible venue of their own home or office. 

The program consists of 30 graduate credits, delivered as ten (10) three-credit courses in eight-week sessions:

OSL 520 Change Management

OSL 530 Strategic Planning and Systems Thinking

OSL 540 Social and Ethical Responsibility of Leadership

OSL 550 Fiscal Planning for Effective Leadership

OSL 560 Public Policy and Administrative Law

OSL 570 Group Leadership
OSL 580 Knowledge Management
OSL 600 Capstone Seminar and Master’s Project


Online Program Specifics
With three entry points each year, students can begin the program when it’s most convenient for them. Courses are eight weeks in length and the entire program can be completed in 18 months. Students can also attend part-time for greater work/life balance.

Admission Requirements:
In order to qualify for admission to the program, applicants should:


  • Hold a bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution

  • Hold a minimum GPA of 2.5; those below the 2.5 GPA may still be considered

  • Submit a letter of intent that describes how the program fits into overall career goals

  • Provide an official letter of recommendation from an academic or professional reference 


The tuition for our graduate adult online programs is $536 per credit hour.
