In Memoriam - Sr. Rose Cecilia Case, osf

Sister Rose Cecilia Case, OSF, former Vice President of Mission and Ministry at Neumann University (1987-1997)  and Foundress of the Neumann Institute for Franciscan Studies (1998-2001), passed away February 14, 2010.  Sister Rose Cecilia also served as Congregational Minister of the Sisters of St. Francis of Philadelphia and on the International Franciscan General Assembly of Third Order Regular Franciscans (TOR) which revised the TOR Rule of St. Francis so that all TOR Congregations throughout the world lived a common Rule.
