The Cultural Arts Forum at Neumann University will host Celtic Connection to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with live traditional Irish music on Thursday, March 10, at 1:30 p.m. The concert will be held in the Fred P. Meagher Theatre in the Thomas A. Bruder Jr. Life Center.
The four-man band, formed more than 10 years ago, includes Joe Mullin, Jeff Mulherin, Patrick Touey, and Tom Neuhauser. Celtic Connection has played in numerous venues in Northeast Philadelphia and West Chester, is active in the Ancient Order of Hubernians Division 25, and has participated in Philadelphia’s St. Patrick Day Parade for eight years. The program will include many familiar Irish songs.
General admission is $7 and the program is free for Cultural Arts Forum members and Neumann students with ID. For more information, contact the Office of Cultural Programming at 610-558-5626.
