NU Jazz Band Live in Concert

	Neumann University Jazz Band

The word “concert” serves many purposes, all dealing with the coming together of disparate elements for a common purpose. On Thursday, December 6, at Neumann University, that common purpose is music.

 

The Neumann University Jazz Band has prepared an evening of musical entertainment for 8:00 p.m. on that evening. The Jazz Band has also invited various guests to join them for an evening of music making. The night will include a combination of jazz standards, pop arrangements and a selection of Christmas music such as Carol of the Bells, Hark! The Herald Angels Swing, and a medley called The Christmas Spirit.  Dr. Richard Sayers directs the jazz band in a concert performance all ages can enjoy.

 

The performance will be in the Meagher Theatre, located in the campus Life Center.  Tickets are $8 for general admission. Seniors and students with ID are $5. Children under 12 are FREE. Please contact Nicholas DiMarino at 610-558-5626 for more information.
