The Delaware County Symphony will perform alongside International Ballet Classique for a unique performance on Sunday, April 14 at 3:00 p.m. in the Bruder Life Center at Neumann University. Early arrivals may enjoy a free pre-concert lecture by Dr. C. Michael Thomas at 2:30 p.m.


Pianist Arnold Ostroff opens the program with Johannes Brahms’ Rhapsody in Blue in B Minor and Frederic Chopin’s Scherzo No. 2 in B-flat Minor. The next piece will be Capriccio Stravangante by Carlo Farina. The concert concludes with the popular Carnival of the Animals by Camille Saint-Saens featuring International Ballet Classique dance members and pianists Feifei Zhang and Arnold Ostroff along with 12 DCS musicians.

The Delaware County Symphony is a seventy-member community orchestra established in 1971, and is dedicated to providing outstanding musical experiences for residents of the Delaware County area.
