Thursday, January 23 from 2 - 5 p.m.
With 95 percent of the world's consumers living beyond our borders, the Philadelphia region and local businesses - both large and small - must focus on ways to tap into the global economy to enhance the regional economy, grow local businesses, and create jobs.
Join leaders from the World Trade Center of Greater Philadelphia, the Philadelphia Convention & Visitors Bureau, and a former State Senator for our program: "From Philadelphia to the World: Leading in a Global Environment," on Thursday, January 23 from 2 to 5 p.m. on Neumann's campus.
This program will provide medium and small businesses, non-profits, and cultural institutions with valuable insight into programs and initiatives that they can utilize to compete more effectively in the global environment.
Businesses will learn about ways to develop new international relationships to import and export goods and services to grow their business. Individuals involved in the hospitality industry and cultural institutions will learn about efforts to market the Philadelphia region on a global scale. In addition, this program will provide valuable lessons on leadership that leaders from all organizations can learn from and implement in their day to day work.
