Clark Asay, visiting professor of law at Penn State University’s Dickinson School of Law, will lecture on Constitutional Privacy Rights in the Digital Age on Thursday, September 12, at 4:40 p.m. in the Meagher Theatre of the Bruder Life Center.
The event, Neumann’s celebration of Constitution Day, is free and open to the public. Constitution Day is formally observed on or within a week of September 17, the date upon which the U.S. Constitutional Convention signed the Constitution in 1787.
On the following Tuesday, September 17, Neumann will sponsor a visit to The National Constitution Center (NCC) for a roundtable discussion on Drones and Your Privacy with some of the nation’s leading experts on security, digital privacy and Constitutional law: NCC’s president and CEO, professors from Georgetown University and the University of Pennsylvania, and a former Congressman.
A bus will leave campus for the NCC at noon on the 17th. Admission and transportation are free, but seating is limited. Reserve your space by emailing email@example.com.
