Dr. Rosalie M. Mirenda with the 2012-2013 Ambassadors |
Neumann University Ambassadors are students who are selected and invited to represent the University in a variety of venues and events usually hosted by the President. The Ambassadors demonstrate a successful student academically and in relationship to Neumann University’s values . . . respect, integrity, service to others, excellence, and stewardship.
Neumann University Presidential Ambassadors are model University students who strive to encourage among their colleagues the value of a lifelong relationship with the University and the importance of nurturing relationships with others for themselves and for the University.

The Neumann University Presidential Ambassadors Program was initiated in 2002 as an opportunity for undergraduate students at the sophomore, junior, and senior levels. The Ambassadors assist with special events and programs sponsored by Neumann University and maintain a strong commitment to leadership and service on campus and in the community.
The service provided by the Presidential Ambassadors is coordinated and administered by the Office of the President in collaboration with the Institutional Advancement and University Relations Unit. The Ambassadors’ program provides many opportunities for student ambassadors to (1) develop a life-long, rewarding and reciprocal relationship of service and giving with their alma mater, (2) network with University and community leaders so as to enhance their own interpersonal, group communication, professional and social skills. In addition to professional development activities, a letter of reference from the University President is a possible unique benefit of membership.
