Academic Advising: The Role of the Advisee

• Become familiar with your academic advisor at the beginning of the semester.



• Become familiar with the core (general education) requirements, program requirements, and graduation requirements. (Available in the Neumann College Catalog and on the Neumann web pages.)



• Meet with your advisor at least twice during each semester, once to check academic performance and again to pre-register for the following semester.



• Become aware of and comply with the requirements, procedures, and regulations set forth in the Neumann College Catalog and the Neumann College Student Handbook. Be familiar with the philosophy, mission, values, and activities of Neumann College.
