Welcome to the Division of Continuing Adult and Professional Studies, providing a diverse selection of educational opportunities for adults. True to its Mission, the College offers an education based on the concepts that knowledge, while valuable in itself, is to be used in the service of others, and that learning is a life-long process.

Take a look at our programs that engage adults in life-long learning:

 

  • The Liberal Studies Degree Program: The undergraduate B.A./B.S. accelerated degree program for adults completing their degrees or on a fast-track from start to finish

    o Online courses in Liberal Studies provide options for your busy personal and professional lives

    o Prior learning assessment of professional development and previous college coursework can further accelerate your degree requirements

    o Experiential Learning Projects in each course benefit students and employers alike!

    o Individualized Program Plans designed with a time-line for degree completion-to help you make the best decision based on your own interests and needs


  • The Master of Science in Strategic Leadership :The accelerated graduate program that challenges current and prospective leaders to think critically and exercise effective decision-making in leading themselves and their organizations to success

  • Life Long Learning at Neumann College (LINC)  : A thematic series of thought-provoking, cultural and stress-free activities for adults 55+, dedicated un-ending learning and activity

  • Continuing and Professional Education: A series of workshops for those in pursuit of knowledge, continuing their education, changing careers or maintaining a current knowledge base. The series of continuing education programs includes:

    o CPE/CLE: Continuing Education for Accountants and Attorneys

    o Intelligence Studies: A series of courses that include electronic intelligence analysis software used by the government, and topics on white collar and organized crime.

    o Parish Nursing: A summer residential program for parish nurses working in their communities.

    o Phlebotomy: A combination of in-class and clinical requirements

    o Customized professional development, both credit and open enrollment, designed to meet specific interests and needs of organizations. Concentrations in the Liberal Studies Degree Program may also be designed to meet specific organizational needs.
