Accelerated M.S. in Education: Instructional Leadership

 

Stay close to home and still enjoy the classroom experience. Neumann College offers the M.S. in Education degree in an accelerated format at seven off-site locations. Courses are taken one night per week. The degree can be completed in two years of part-time study and is taught entirely at the off-site locations.

*The first course will begin on Monday September 17, 2007, and will be conducted in the 8-week format which will be the standard schedule (8 week courses, 4 hours per week, 4:30 - 8:30 p.m.). To make it possible for students to receive financial aid, a second course will be offered in Fall 2007 according to the following schedule: November 12, 15, 19, 26, 29; December 3, 6, 10. This course will meet from 4:30 to 8:30 p.m. on those evenings. In the Spring 2008, semester we will begin our 8 week, 4 hour per week standard schedule; the classes will be held on Monday evening from 4:30 - 8:30 p.m.

 

 

 

Designed to prepare and educate classroom teachers, the Neumann program focuses on applying cutting-edge instructional theories to practical situations that teachers encounter every day. The program assists teachers in meeting Act 48 mandates for professional preparation and will be offered entirely at each of the locations listed above. Neither GRE nor MAT is required for admission to the graduate program, and Neumann will accept up to nine transfer graduate credits.
