Academics
Office of The Registrar
Procedure on Final Grades:
Since Web Advisor is now widely used to access grades and other academic
information, the Office of the Registrar will no longer be sending individual
grade reports to students at the end of each semester/term. Rather,
all final grades will be posted directly to Web Advisor at the conclusion
of the semester/term.
To access Web Advisor, you must have a current Neumann College User
ID# and password, both of which are furnished by ITR, located on the
Ground Level of the Bachmann Building. If you have any problems/questions,
please call the Help Desk at 610-558-5620. You can reach WebAdvisor
in the following manner:
- Access the Neumann College Web Site at www.neumann.edu.
- Use the "Jump To" menu to get to WebAdvisor.
- Click in the box for students in the upper right-hand corner of
the Web Page to access WebAdvisor.
- Click on "Grades" which can be found under the heading
"Academic Profile."
- Provide your User Name and password.
As an alternative way of directly accessing WebAdvisor, you would
need to type http://webadvisor.neumann.edu. and, then, follow the
same instructions above.
The Office of the Registrar will provide one printed copy of an individual
Final Grade Report for only the current semester (not an official
transcript) upon request by the student. If this copy is intended
either for individual student use or for external verification/reimbursement
purposes, the student will be required, in accordance with the Family
Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974, as amended, to provide
appropriate identification and complete a Grade Verification Request
Form. This form is available either at the Registrar's Office or on
the Registrar Webpage which can be accessed at http://www.neumann.edu/academics/registrar.asp.
For additional information, please call the Registrar's Office at
610-558-5524. There is no charge for either of these types of requests.
Please be advised that if you have a "hold" placed on
your account, you will not be able to view, print, or otherwise receive
a copy of your final grades.
