University Diploma Exchange: Free Until May 1, 2010

On April 24, 2009, Neumann College officially became Neumann University when the Secretary of Education for the Commonwealth approved this designation. The process of achieving university status took more than two years from concept to completion. The decision to file the application came in October 2007, when the Neumann College Board of Trustees voted unanimously in favor of pursuing university status.

Now Neumann alumni have the opportunity to exchanging their diploma from Neumann College for one from Neumann University and are able to do so with no charge until May 1, 2010. After this date a $25 degree replacement fee will be charged for this exchange. For all graduates prior to 2009, new diplomas will have the words “Replacement Diploma” printed on the bottom right hand corner and will be signed by the current President and current President of the Board of Trustees.

There are two ways to obtain a replacement diploma.

Option A: Mail your original diploma (without the cover) to the Registrar’s Office at the address below, and your University degree will be sent to you via certified mail. Include your name, address, phone number, and major. Please allow 3-4 weeks for replacement.
