The
Neumann College Roller Hockey Club is currently ranked first in the nation in
Division II and the squad is receiving well-deserved attention for their talent
and skill. The Knights are a nationally recognized powerhouse in the fast-growing
sport of roller hockey, which has about 200 college clubs. According to Mike Burke,
director of league operations for the National Collegiate Roller Hockey Association,
the Neumann Knights are definitely one of the favorites to win this year's national
championship.
The Roller Hockey Club was recently featured in the The
Philadelphia Inquirer (click here for the story) and are scheduled to play the Pennsylvania State University at
New Kensington club on Saturday, December 10th at 8:00 a.m. at the Susquehanna
Sports Center located in Lemoyne, PA.
