INTRAMURAL PROGRAM
COACH, PLAYER AND FAN
CODE OF CONDUCT
·
Fighting
and abusive language directed toward officials, players or
supervisors will not be tolerated.
·
Players,
coaches and fans (team representatives) are expected to conduct
themselves in a sportsmanlike manner.
·
Players
or coaches who use abusive language toward an official or an
opponent will be ejected from the game and will also be suspended from
coaching/participating in the next scheduled contest.
·
Any
person ejected from a game will automatically receive a one game
suspension from that activitiy.
·
Any
player involved in throwing a punch at an opponent will be ejected
from the game and receive an automatic three game suspension.
·
Any
player involved in throwing a punch at an official or supervisor will
be ejected from the game and will be suspended from all intramural
activities for a minimum of one semester.
·
The use
of alcohol and/or drugs will not be permitted at the site of any
intramural contest. Individuals suspected
of being under the influence
of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to participate in the
intramural
contest.
