Monday - Thursday: 7:30am to 10:00pm
Friday: 7:30am to 5:30pm
Saturday: 10:00am to 5:00pm
Sunday: 12:00pm to 9:00pm

The Help Desk is located on the ground level of the Main Building in the Open Lab of the Computer Center and the phone number is 610-558-5620. (Simply dial extension 5620 if calling on campus). Your call will be answered by someone on the ITR staff. In the event that we are out of the office leave your name, phone extension and a brief message and someone will return your call.
