Media Services: Overview of Services The Media Services Department provides audiovisual & multimedia support to the Neumann Community; including classroom, event & meeting support. We handle the delivery and sign out of all audiovisual equipment and we support the Videoconferencing Facility & Television Studio. Look below for more information about our services.
Classroom Audiovisual Support: Full support of all classroom audiovisual equipment; including classroom computers, LCD/DLP projectors, overhead projectors, DVD/VCR combination units, television monitors, and classroom sound systems. ( Smartroom Status ) Event & Meeting Support: We offer assistance with preparation,
setup, support & breakdown of college events & meetings that
require audiovisual equipment. Audiovisual Equipment Delivery: Equipment must be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. Requests can be made by coming to our office, e-mail, phone, or from our "Online Reservation Form". ( more )
Audiovisual Equipment Take-Out: Some equipment can be signed out by faculty and students. ( more )
Video Conferencing: Support the Colleges videoconference room; the room offers two-way interactive conferencing utilizing three ISDN lines. The College is currently looking into IP based conferencing. Multimedia Duplication: Media Services can duplicate & digitally capture multiple audio & video formats; we can transfer multiple formats to VHS, DVD, & CD. We also assist with color printing, creating overhead transparencies, and document & image scanning. ( Duplication Price List ) Television Studio: Support all of the studio equipment; we also provide academic assistance
with general issues, studio taping and editing when needed. Consulting: Media Services will be glad to consult with you on presentation design, professional AV setup, and multimedia creation/duplication.
