How can I edit an out of office e-mail response using Groupwise WebAccess?

  • On top of screen there are three icon boxes (help | options | exit), click on "Options"

  • Select "Rules"
  • There will be a list of Rules, click the name of your Rule "Out of Office"

  • Edit the information
  • Click "Save"

  • Make sure the "Activate" box is checked
  • Click "Save"

**Remember to "delete" or "deactivate" this rule when you return back to the office**
