Michael Webster

|
Michael Webster is the Director of Residence Life and Residence Life Coordinator of Living and Learning Center I.
As Director Michael is responsible for the overall administration of a residence life program that houses more than 780 resident students living in 16 Houses in four Living and Learning Center residence halls. He supervises residence hall coordinators, an administrative assistant, and resident assistants.
As Coordinator of Living and Learning Center I, Mike supervises eight resident assistants and is responsible for 250 residents. He oversees Clare House 1, Gubbio House 2, Greccio House 3, Francis House 4, San Damiano House 5, and the Santa Chiara House.
A lifelong resident of the Greater Philadelphia area, Mike is a 2003 graduate of the University of Scranton. He joined the Neumann family in 2004 and has over six years of experience in residence life.

Linda Trainor

|
Linda Trainor is the administrative assistant for the Office of Residence Life. In this capacity, she provides clerical and administrative support to the office and Director.
Linda joined the Neumann family in November 2007 and brings many skills and talents to the Neumann College community.

John Heppler

John Heppler is the Residence Life Coordinator for Living and Learning Center II, the primary freshman area. He oversees Assisi House 6, La Verna House 7, and Rieti House 8. He also supervises six resident assistants and is responsible for 233 residents.
A resident of Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania, John is a graduate of the University of Scranton. He has served as a resident assistant and retreat leader. He also rowed with the Scranton crew and worked for three years as a speaker on sexual and relationship health.

Jaffir Abdul Rice

|
Jaffir Rice is the Residence Life Coordinator for Living and Learning Center III. He is responsible for 244 students, supervises six resident assistants, and manages six houses: Umbria House 9, Canticle House 10, Juniper House 11, Tau House 12, Alverno House 13, and Bonaventure House 14.
He also serves as the housing coordinator and advisor to the Residence Life Advisory Board (RLAB).
Before joining Residence Life in the fall of 2007, Jaffir spent a year as the Associate Coordinator of Student Activities.
Born in Panama and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Jaffir received his Bachelors degree in Political Science with a minor in History from Neumann College in 2006. He will begin his Masters degree in Education in spring 2008.

Sherma Nicholas

Sherma O. Nicholas is a 2006 graduate of Neumann College with a Bachelors degree in Psychology. Currently she is pursing a master's degree in Pastoral Care and Counseling.
She is the part-time Residence Life Coordinator of the Living and Learning Center Annex with a resident community of 50-60 upper classmen who live in Padua House 15 and Siena House 16. She supervises four resident assistants. Her other areas of responsibility include management of the Overnight Visitation Log and RA retreat planning.
Sherma has a background in corporate administration and events planning. She is a native of the Caribbean island of Dominica and resides in the British Virgin Islands.
