Lisa Riley, a psychology major from Devon, Pennsylvania, went to a very large high school and decided that she would feel more at home at a smaller university. Neumann University has been the perfect fit for her.
“I have been able to get very involved here at Neumann,” said Riley, who a member of the student government board and resident life advisory board.
Riley frequently interacts with professors and the University administration while planning many of the student government activities.
“It’s important for the students to have a voice. I can talk to the president and administration and let them know how we can improve the school,” she explained.
Riley has participated in various campus activities that involve students as well as community members.
“One of my favorite events was the Colorwalk, which is Neumann’s run/walk against cancer. This year we had people coming out from the community and we raised a lot of money,” she said.
