Tribute and Memorial Giving
There is no greater honor than honoring or remembering a loved one while supporting the mission of Neumann University. Each year family members, alumni, faculty, students and friends recognize a multitude of significant occasions in the lives of a loved one such as a birthday, anniversary, or Christmas gift.
There are numerous ways to honor or memorialize a loved one. Some have chosen to establish an endowed scholarship or academic award in his/her name, or creating a place on campus for a tree, bench, or tribute garden.
The majority simply remember a loved one with a gift made to The Neumann Fund in that person’s memory or honor.
Donors will receive a receipt for their tax-deductible donation and will be listed in the President’s Annual Report. An acknowledgment letter is mailed to the honoree or family of the deceased to notify them of your thoughtfulness. The individual you honor or remember will also be listed in the President’s Annual Report.
When making a tribute or memorial gift, simply mail your gift to:

Endowing scholarship provides a permanent legacy for Neumann students while recognizing or memorializing a loved one. Through the legacy of endowed scholarships, generations of Neumann students will be afforded the opportunity to pursue their dreams at Neumann University.
Donors may identify certain award preferences for your endowed scholarship fund such as a particular academic area, or other selection criteria.
Each year students who receive a named scholarship share their appreciation with the donors through thank you notes and attendance at the Annual Scholarship Reception.
Named endowed scholarships begin at the $25,000 level and can be paid over a period of five years with an initial gift of $5,000. An endowed scholarship provides financial assistance once it reaches $25,000.
