Meal Plans For Students

All residential students must purchase a meal plan each semester. Each meal plan is designed to give students flexibility between dining in the Bruder Life Center Dining Hall or Knight’s Café. Residential students will select a Residential Meal Plan when completing their Housing Application. Resident students will automatically be enrolled in the meal plan they selected in the fall for the spring semester. Meal plans may be changed through the first Friday of each semester.

At the end of the fall semester, all unused Dining Dollars and Neumann Points will carry over to the spring semester. Unused Block Meals and guest passes will expire at the end of each semester and do not rollover. All unused Dining Dollars expire at the conclusion of the Spring Semester. Block Meals and Guest Passes must be used in the Bruder Life Center Dining Hall. Dining Dollars and Neumann Points can be used in the Bruder Life Center Dining Hall or the Knights Café. ONLY Neumann Points can be used at Sora Luna Lounge, campus vending machines, Knights Shoppe Campus Bookstore, or participating off-campus sites. Students can add Neumann Points to their ID cards anytime during the semester. Neumann Points never expire and roll over from year to year. Specific details regarding the cost of meal plans are available on the University's Tuition and Fees page.

In addition, Culinary Council members take on secret-shopper assignments between meetings where they provide feedback to our Dining Services team in order to improve the student experience across all our dining locations. They are among first students to taste new products and to hear what new in dining. More information is available at the Involvement Fair at the start of each semester.
