Human Resources
Mission Statement
The mission of the Human Resources Office is to support the mission
and philosophy of Neumann College through the provision of services
which promote a work environment that is characterized by fair treatment,
open communication, personal accountability, trust, and mutual respect
of all employees. We will seek and recommend solutions to workplace
issues that are congruent with and optimize our Franciscan mission
and values.
