Mission of the President’s Unit:

To implement the University’s mission, vision and core values on a daily basis and in all interactions with members of the internal and external community in a caring and highly professional office environment committed to service excellence.

Hours:

The routine office hours are Monday through Friday,
8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Staff:

The Office of the President is staffed throughout the routine hours of operation by three individuals, each with a set of specific responsibilities and additional duties that occasionally overlap.

The Assistant to the President is responsible for the work related to the Board of Trustees and for maintenance and documentation of institutional policies and strategic planning.

The Executive Assistant handles the President’s calendar and travel, the scheduling of appointments, and oversees the Presidential Ambassador Program.
