Biography
Kathleen Cooper is a Certified Nurse Educator who co-teaches pediatrics, serves as the pediatric clinical coordinator, and teaches pediatric and school nurse clinical courses within The Jacquelyn Wilson Fegley ’71 College of Nursing at Neumann University.
She utilizes active teaching methods, including simulation, to help students bridge classroom content to clinical practice and develop confidence in pediatric nursing care. Her teaching focuses on preparing future nurses to provide safe, compassionate, and effective care in pediatric and school health settings.

Biography
Dr. Megan Doble is a doctorate-prepared nurse practitioner with more than 20 years of experience in advanced practice nursing, higher education, clinical research, and medical writing. She currently practices in a tertiary intensive care unit, caring for patients with complex multisystem illnesses, while also serving as the Family Nurse Practitioner Program Coordinator and teaching faculty member within The Jacquelyn Wilson Fegley ’71 College of Nursing at Neumann University.
Dr. Doble leads curriculum development and graduate-level instruction aligned with national advanced practice competencies. Her scholarly interests include implementation science, infection prevention, critical care medicine, and evidence-based practice. She has contributed to peer-reviewed abstracts, clinical guidelines, educational modules, podcasts, and continuing professional development resources, bringing an integrative perspective across clinical care, education, and translational research.

Biography
Dr. Kristen Evans has been a faculty member at Neumann University for more than 10 years, teaching a variety of nursing courses including all levels of Medical-Surgical Nursing, Nursing Research, and Professionalism in Nursing. She also teaches and coordinates the final Nursing Synthesis course, helping students connect classroom learning with clinical practice and professional development.
Her scholarship and presentations focus on topics including burnout in nursing, the impact of COVID-19 on nurses, and the use of learning management systems in education. Dr. Evans continues to practice at the bedside as an Intensive Care nurse and is committed to maintaining clinical competence through lifelong learning and direct patient care. In addition to her academic and clinical roles, she serves as a life member of the Aston Township Volunteer Fire Department, is a member of the Board of Directors, and serves on the Aston Township Board of Health.

Biography
Professor Stacey Little has taught NUR 206: Health Assessment and Modalities and coordinated NUR 216: Health Assessment and Modalities Labs since Fall 2022. In these courses, she creates an inclusive and supportive learning environment that helps students build confidence and competency in essential nursing assessment and modality skills while preparing them for clinical practice.
Since Spring 2016, Professor Little has also taught NUR 430CL: Nursing Children and Families, where she provides individualized and meaningful pediatric clinical experiences for students at Nemours Children’s Health–Delaware. She is passionate about helping students connect classroom theory to real patient care experiences.
In addition to her academic role, Professor Little practices clinically in the Day Medicine/Sedation Unit at Nemours Children’s Health–Delaware. Since beginning her career there in 2004, she has gained experience in multiple pediatric specialties including the Emergency Department, Resource Pool, IV Team, Urgent Care, and acute care units.

Biography
Dr. Amy Luckowski is a nursing educator and clinician with expertise in adult and community health nursing. As an Associate Professor within The Jacquelyn Wilson Fegley ’71 College of Nursing, she teaches undergraduate courses including Adult Health I, Adult Health II, and Nursing Synthesis.
Dr. Luckowski developed two nursing electives focused on faith-based nursing and cultural immersion, including an annual mission trip to the Dominican Republic where students provide nursing care to underserved populations. In addition to her academic role, she maintains clinical practice as a registered nurse in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit and serves as a legal nurse expert. She also volunteers each summer as a camp nurse for intellectually impaired adults.

Biography
Jackie Martin has served undergraduate students through academic advisement at Neumann University since 2007 and currently holds a leadership role in undergraduate nursing academic advisement and progression within The Jacquelyn Wilson Fegley ’71 College of Nursing. She is known for her supportive and encouraging approach to student success, with expertise in academic policy, student development, and higher education leadership.
She has served as Chair of the Nursing Student Development Committee since 2022 and has been an active member of the Neumann Institute for Franciscan Studies for more than a decade. Jackie also teaches INT 101, the university’s first-year seminar course. She has presented at local, national, and international conferences on academic advising, career development, student orientation, leadership, and student success initiatives. A highlight of her professional work includes leading students on a global learning pilgrimage to Rome and Assisi, Italy, centered on the Franciscan tradition and Neumann University’s RISES values.

Biography
Dr. Judith Neubauer serves as the Associate Dean for Graduate Nursing within The Jacquelyn Wilson Fegley ’71 College of Nursing. She brings more than 40 years of nursing experience, including 13 years as an Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. Since joining Neumann University in 2019 as Program Director for the Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner program, Dr. Neubauer has led the expansion of graduate nursing offerings, including the addition of Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, Family Nurse Practitioner, and Doctor of Nursing Practice programs.
Dr. Neubauer also developed an interprofessional service-learning initiative in collaboration with Physical Therapy faculty, where nurse practitioner and DPT students work together to provide wellness exams for the Sisters of St. Francis of Philadelphia. In addition, she serves on the advisory board for the Delaware County Office of Services for the Aging and collaborates with the Delaware County Health Department to help increase access to healthcare services for community residents.

Biography
Dr. William Pezzotti is a Lecturer and Program Coordinator for the Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP) MSN Program within The Jacquelyn Wilson Fegley ’71 College of Nursing at Neumann University. In this role, he provides leadership for curriculum development, accreditation compliance, faculty oversight, and student progression.
Dr. Pezzotti teaches across graduate and undergraduate nursing programs with a focus on advanced clinical decision-making, diagnostic reasoning, and evidence-based practice. In addition to his academic role, he practices as a Senior Acute Care Nurse Practitioner in the Department of Critical Care Medicine at Penn Medicine Chester County Hospital. His professional interests include critical care nursing, rapid response systems, legal nursing, patient safety, and nursing education. He also serves as an ACEN site peer evaluator and reviewer for several national nursing journals.

Biography
Gloria Pruitt, MSN, RN, is an Assistant Professor within The Jacquelyn Wilson Fegley ’71 College of Nursing at Neumann University. She brings extensive experience in nursing education, community and public health, and clinical practice, with a strong commitment to student success, service-learning, and mission-centered education.
Professor Pruitt teaches across the undergraduate nursing curriculum and serves as Course Coordinator for NUR 440 Community and Public Health Nursing. Her teaching emphasizes experiential learning, critical thinking, NCLEX-style assessment preparation, and real-world application of nursing concepts. She also facilitates hands-on skills laboratory instruction and competency testing in Health Assessment courses, supporting the development of foundational clinical skills.
Professor Pruitt is actively engaged in community-based clinical education and student leadership development while maintaining current clinical practice as a registered nurse. She is currently enrolled in Neumann University’s Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) program.

Biography
Lois Rajcan, PhD, RN, is an Assistant Professor of Nursing within The Jacquelyn Wilson Fegley ’71 College of Nursing at Neumann University, where she teaches in the undergraduate pre-licensure nursing program. She earned her Doctor of Philosophy in Nursing from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, with research centered on the nurse-patient relationship.
Dr. Rajcan brings more than 40 years of nursing experience, beginning her career as a nursing assistant before becoming a licensed practical nurse and later a registered nurse. Her clinical background includes medical-surgical nursing, oncology, hemodialysis, and long-term care. She is recognized for her expertise in vascular access and infusion therapy, having led an IV/PICC team for more than a decade.
She currently serves as a nurse researcher on the Infusion Nurses Society Standards of Practice Committee for the 10th edition.

Biography
Daniel Rival, MSN, AGNP-C, serves as the Nurse Practitioner in Neumann University's Student Health Center and teaches within the undergraduate nursing program. A Neumann University alumnus, he earned his BSN in 2020 and began his nursing career working in telemetry and intensive care settings while completing his graduate education.
After earning his Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration in Adult Gerontology, Mr. Rival practiced in weight loss medicine before returning to Neumann University in his current dual role as clinician and educator. His professional interests include adult gerontology, college health, and weight management. Outside of his professional responsibilities, he enjoys fitness and serves as a soccer coach for the university.

Biography
Dr. Sharon Barnes is an educator and clinician with a particular interest in simulation, fundamentals and community health and wellness.
As Director of Nursing Simulation, Dr. Barnes oversees and facilitates the teaching of several important hands-on nursing and communication skills, which are necessary components and foundations for all nursing students to learn and acquire to be safe and proficient when working in a variety of clinical areas.
In addition to her academic role, Dr. Barnes works as a per diem health educator for the community health and wellness program at Chester County Hospital.

Biography
Professor Jo Lynette H. Watley is a proud alumna of Neumann University, earning her nursing degree in 2001. As an Assistant Professor within The Jacquelyn Wilson Fegley ’71 College of Nursing, she serves as both an educator and academic advisor, helping students successfully transition into college life while fostering their academic and professional development.
Professor Watley teaches foundational nursing courses and maternity nursing, emphasizing professional values, critical thinking, patient-centered care, and cultural competence. Her primary area of expertise is women’s health, and she actively maintains clinical practice as a staff nurse at a Magnet-designated hospital specializing in women’s health and newborn care. This ongoing clinical experience ensures her teaching remains evidence-based and aligned with current standards of practice.
In addition to her academic and clinical responsibilities, Professor Watley has demonstrated a commitment to community health by facilitating women’s health seminars within the community. Her dual role as educator and practitioner provides students with real-world insights that prepare them to deliver high-quality care to women and families across diverse healthcare settings.

Biography
Dr. Lindsey Grites Weeks began her career in higher education in 2010 and joined Neumann University in 2021 as an academic advisor after completing her doctoral studies. She transitioned to The Jacquelyn Wilson Fegley ’71 College of Nursing in 2023, where she advises undergraduate nursing students and supports their academic success throughout their educational journey.
In addition to academic advising, Dr. Grites Weeks teaches INT 101: The Neumann Experience and serves on the University Academic Advising Council, Athletics Wellness Committee, and the Student Development Committee of the Nursing Faculty Organization. She is an active member of NACADA, the Global Community for Academic Advising, and has served as Chair of the Theory, Philosophy, and History Advising Community since 2023.
Her research interests focus on students’ lived educational experiences through a phenomenological lens and the influence of advisors’ lived experiences on advising philosophy and practice. Outside of higher education, Dr. Grites Weeks teaches ballet and coaches gymnastics.

Biography
Dr. Anne Dabrow Woods has been a nurse for more than 42 years and a nurse practitioner since 1998. As Assistant Professor and DNP Program Coordinator within The Jacquelyn Wilson Fegley ’71 College of Nursing, she teaches across undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral nursing programs while helping to prepare the next generation of nursing leaders.
Dr. Dabrow Woods is dual certified in adult-gerontology primary care and acute care and continues to practice as a critical care nurse practitioner at Penn Medicine Chester County Hospital. She previously served as Chief Nurse and Publisher for Wolters Kluwer/Lippincott, where she leveraged her leadership and influence to advance evidence-based practice and quality improvement initiatives globally.
In recognition of her contributions to the profession, Dr. Dabrow Woods was inducted as a Fellow of the American Academy of Nursing in 2016. Her areas of expertise include evidence-based practice, quality improvement, nursing leadership, innovation, and improving patient outcomes through translational science.

Biography
Ann C. Zahner, MSN, RN, CRNP, is an Assistant Professor within The Jacquelyn Wilson Fegley ’71 College of Nursing at Neumann University. She teaches in the undergraduate nursing program with a primary focus on pediatric nursing, pathophysiology, pharmacology, and self-care in nursing. Her teaching emphasizes holistic, family-centered, and evidence-based care of infants, children, and adolescents across the health-illness continuum while fostering clinical reasoning, compassion, and professional development.
In addition to her academic role, Professor Zahner maintains active clinical practice at Nemours Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children, where she has more than 30 years of experience in pediatric oncology, bone marrow transplant, cardiac stepdown, intensive care, and nursing resource pool settings. She currently serves as a direct care nurse in the cardiac stepdown unit.
Professor Zahner is actively involved in leadership and service. She serves as Chair of the Neumann University Social Justice Committee and Chair of the Faculty Development Committee. Her scholarly interests include pediatric oncology nursing, palliative and bereavement care, trauma-informed care, and simulation-based nursing education.
