Patricia Demiranda ’14 came to Neumann University on a mission with a specific goal deeply planted in her mind. In 2004, Demiranda lost her 20-year-old son, Will Trippley, to gun violence in the City of Chester. Out of this horrific tragedy, Demiranda found a way to honor her beloved son and help other children in and around Chester.

This program prepares you to lead high-performing teams, develop effective strategies, and make a positive impact in the lives of others. Graduates have developed the tools necessary to find innovative solutions to business and societal challenges. Through a curriculum that ranges from knowledge management, legal issues and public policy, to fiscal planning, change management and ethical responsibilities, you emerge ready to assume greater leadership roles in the workplace and the community.

Up to six [6] graduate credits may be considered for transfer, if they serve as suitable, documented academic substitutions. And official academic transcript and course syllabi will be needed for evaluation possible transfer credits
