Step 2 : How to use Self Service
Once you are in self-service, please be sure to select your student's name and not yours. If you select your own name, no information will appear.
Step 3: Viewing your students' information
The information that you see in the self- service is the access that your student has granted to you. Neumann University cannot allow access on behalf of the student.
Please note, proxy access only allows the proxy verbal and self-service access. Any requests for written documentation must come directly from the student. Please refer to the Registrar's Office homepage on www.neumann.edu for our request forms to request a written document.
If you have any questions regarding your student payments and bills, please reach out to the business office. If you have questions, regarding financial aid, please contact The Financial Aid Office. If you have technical questions regarding accessing self-service, please contact IT. If you have any other questions, please reach out to the Registrar's Office. All of the offices' contact information are listed on the Neumann University Website.
