First Year Students
A student who is currently in high school, including those taking dual-enrollment courses through their high school; or a student who has obtained a high school diploma/GED and has not yet enrolled in a community college, college, or university.

First Year Requirements
Request all official transcripts and documentation to be sent to neumann@neumann.edu or Neumann University Admissions, 1 Neumann Drive, Aston, PA 19014. Additional materials may be uploaded to the student's application portal.
- Official High School Transcript
Nursing students are required to submit a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale, and a math GPA of at least 80% on a 100% scale.
Pre-Pharmacy students are required to submit a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
Pre-Chiropractic students are required to submit a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
Criminal Justice/MS in Forensic Psychology (4+1) students are required to submit a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
Psychology/MS in Forensic Psychology (4+1) students are required to submit a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale

Spring Semester (begins in January)
December 15: Preferred Application Deadline
- For full scholarship and aid consideration, apply by December 15.
January 8: Final Deposit Deadline
- To receive full financial aid, scholarships, and on-campus housing (if applied as a Resident student), students must deposit by January 8. Deposits are non-refundable.
- Note: Limited housing available and will be granted based on date of deposit.
Fall Semester (begins in August)
December 1: Early Action Deadline
- Early Action applicants who have all materials to the Undergraduate Admission Office by December 1 are guaranteed a response before Christmas.
March 1: Preferred Application Deadline
- For full scholarship and aid consideration, apply by March 1.
May 1: Deposit Deadline
- To receive full financial aid, scholarship, and on-campus housing (if applied as a Resident student), students must deposit by June 1. Deposits are refundable until May 1.
- Note: On-campus housing is not guaranteed after May 1.
- Note: Admittance to the University after May 1 will only be granted as space is available.
Transfer Students
A student who is currently enrolled in another college or university, or who has previously taken college courses after graduating from high school or obtaining their GED. This includes students who are seeking a second Bachelor's degree.

Transfer Nursing students are required to have an overall GPA of 2.5 or above and a science GPA of 3.0 or above in the first attempt of the science courses for consideration for the program.

Degree Completion
A student who is 19 years of age or older applying to either Public Safety Administration or Business and Organizational Studies accelerated bachelor's programs.

- BS in Business and Organizational Studies: Due to the writing-intensive nature of the accelerated program, the ideal candidate has previous writing experience (equivalency of English Composition I and II) and has completed one year of college work (equivalency of 30 credits). Applicants who do not meet this criteria are welcomed to apply and will be reviewed on an individual basis for a conditional admittance.
- BS in Public Safety Administration: Applicants must have Fire/Police/EMS certification and/or have 60 transferable credit hours through college credit hours or through certifications and training.

Specific program requirements:
- Doctor of Nursing Practice: Applicants must submit official transcripts from all institutions attended, current resume, two (2) letters of recommendation, a graduate writing prompt, documentation of MSN specialty hours and current APRN national certification in specialty area. Letters of recommendation should address student's academic ability and practice knowledge/skills by master's- or Doctorally-prepared persons familiar with student's work.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy: Applicants must submit official transcripts from all institutions attended, official GRE test scores, a current resume, three (3) letters of recommendation, fifty (50) officially documented physical therapy hours and have completed all pre-requisites. Letters of recommendation should include one Physical Therapist and two outside sources. Applicants must apply through PT-CAS.
- **Given the circumstances on COVID-19, we understand that many students are not able to fulfill the 50 required observation hours for the application. Please submit as many hours as possible, however, if you have 20 hours or below, you will need to watch this video and submit a 1-2 page essay outlining why Physical Therapy is a good career choice for you.
- EdD of Educational Leadership: Applicants must submit official transcripts from all institutions attended, a current resume, two (2) references and a graduate writing prompt.
- MS in Athletic Training: Applicants must submit official transcripts from all institutions attended, three (3) references with one being an Athletic Trainer, 20 officially documented healthcare observation hours and have completed all pre-requisites. Applicants must apply through AT-CAS.
- MS in Business and Organizational Leadership: Applicants must submit official transcripts from all institutions attended, a graduate writing prompt, a current resume and one (1) letter of recommendation.
- MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling: Applicants must submit official transcripts from all institutions attended, a graduate writing prompt, and two (2) letters of recommendation.
- MS in Cybersecurity: Applicants must submit official transcripts from all institutions attended and a current resume.
- MS in Education: Applicants must submit official transcripts from all institutions attended.
- MS in Forensic Accounting and Cybercrime: Applicants must submit official transcripts from all institutions attended and a current resume.
- MS in Forensic Psychology: Applicants must submit official transcripts from all institutions attended, a graduate writing prompt, a current resume and two (2) letters of recommendation.
- MS in Nursing: Applicants must submit official transcripts from all institutions attended, a current resume, two (2) letters of recommendation, one of which should be from a supervisor, and a letter of intent/writing prompt. Applicants must have earned a BS in Nursing from a regionally accredited institution and hold a current nursing license. Applicants pursuing Acute Care must be ACLS Certified and have at least one year of Acute Care experience.
- MS in Sport Business: Applicants must submit official transcripts from all institutions attended, a graduate writing prompt, a current resume and one (1) reference.

Non-Matriculating Students
Visiting students who wish to take a few courses as non-matriculated, and are not seeking a degree from Neumann, should complete this application for each term. Registration for Spring 2025 will open October 28.

Re-Admission to Neumann
Students who have previously attended Neumann University and are seeking to return to the SAME PROGRAM, please complete this application.
