Information for Faculty
Welcome Faculty!
Our Services
Our Center provides a variety of services for students during their first year at Neumann to graduation and beyond (alumni). We process internship requirements for credit and also offer Knight Career Network, the online job/internship/event management system for students. Every student is given an account on this system. We provide access to students via appointments, Drop-in's (1-3pm. Mon-Fri), class presentations and events.
Class Presentations
We look forward to partner with you in preparing Neumann Knights for their careers via a presentation in your class. We offer a variety of topics and can customize the length, format and content of our presentation to support your course. You can request a program to select from our menu of topics or let us know your own topic for a presentation.
Internship Program for Academic Credit
Students are required to complete a Pre-Internship workshop which outlines all of the requirements to complete an internship for credit*. Students can access this workshop 24/7 via the "Pathways" menu in their Knight Career Network account. Each fall, spring and summer, there are internship submission deadlines tied to course registration options for students to obtain credit.
*(This applies to all of the School of Business majors and selected ones in the School of Nursing and Health Sciences as well as School of Social Sciences Humanities and Education. Some students are placed in experiential learning opportunities depending on their major. E.g. student teaching)
