Dr. Sam Lemon is the Director of the Master of Science in Business and Organizational Leadership program at Neumann University. He holds a Doctorate in Education at the University of Pennsylvania, a Master of Science in Instructional Media at West Chester University, and a B.A. in English Literature at St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia. Prior to his career in education, he worked in the fields of social services, communications, and community relations.
Dr. Frederick D. Loomis currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at Neumann University, teaching in the graduate program in Business and Organizational Leadership. He has held faculty appointments with Penn State University and Drexel University. Loomis holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) and a Ph.D. in Higher Education from Penn State and has over 40 years of leadership experience in higher education and government, holding the positions of program director, dean, special assistant to the Provost and executive director. Earlier in his career, Loomis served as a senior civil rights specialist with the U.S. Department of Education, investigating complaints of discrimination on the basis of race, gender and disability. Dr. Loomis has served as a consultant to a variety of organizations including in the United States, Egypt and Tanzania. His academic interests include leadership development, ethics, strategic planning, workforce and career development, regulatory compliance and online learning.
Karen Graziano, JD, MA is a graduate of the American University Washington College of Law with a Juris Doctor. She has served in higher education for 20+ years as an undergraduate and graduate instructor and as a consultant for Graziano Career Works, LLC, where she strives to educate and empower students and clients to develop and achieve their educational, academic and professional writing, and career goals. At Neumann University, she teaches Group Leadership and Administrative Law & Policy for the MS in Business & Organizational Leadership, and at Villanova University she teaches Team Leadership & Group Dynamics and Ethical Business Practices to MBA students in Villanova’s School of Business. Professor Graziano contributed to Villanova University’s community by founding the Law School Advising Program, Leadership & Professional Development Program, and the student leadership BRIDGE Society. She served as the President of the Northeast Association of Pre-Law Advisors (NAPLA) and as Princeton University’s Pre-Law Advisor. She is a frequent presenter and trainer on advising, leadership and professional development, and professional writing.
Rev. Wally Fletcher, D.Min., has extensive training and experience as a therapist, consultant, educator and non-profit executive. He is a certified psychoanalyst and clinical supervisor in the National Association for the Advancement of Psychoanalysis and is chairman of the Board of Directors of the Philadelphia School of Psychoanalysis. He is also a member of The Association for Clinical Pastoral Education-ACPE Psychotherapist category. He has taught courses in Organizational and Strategic Leadership and in Pastoral Counseling at Neumann University and courses in the history and evolution of psychoanalysis at the Philadelphia School of Psychoanalysis. He is an ordained Presbyterian clergyman and volunteers as Pastoral Associate at the Presbyterian Church on the Mall in Plymouth Meeting PA. He serves on the Philadelphia Department of Behavioral Health’s Faith and Spiritual Affairs Advisory Board. He is also on the mental health faculty of CREDO, an intensive wellness program for clergy administered by the Pension Boards of the Episcopal and Presbyterian Churches US.
