Yellow Ribbon Program

Neumann University is proud to be a yellow ribbon school!

The Yellow Ribbon program helps eligible veterans to fund their post-secondary education. Under the G.I. Bill ®, the VA has agreed to pay the amount of the highest in-state public institution tuition. If the tuition and fees of the school in which the student wants to attend, exceeds the highest in state tuition, the excess money can be funded under the Yellow Ribbon program. Under the Yellow Ribbon program, the higher education institution has an agreement with the VA to help pay for the excess tuition and fees associated with the school. The higher education institution agrees to contribute a designated amount to the student tuition and fees, and the VA will match the amount.
