CHALLENGE OFFICE OF Student Life
The Neumann Orientation Team welcomes and guides new students and their families as they transition into the university community. Through leading orientation programs, facilitating connections, and modeling Neumann’s RISES values, the team helps students feel a sense of belonging, understand campus resources, and start their academic journey with confidence.
A strong Orientation Team improves student engagement and satisfaction from day one, supports retention by helping students build early connections, and reinforces a positive, student-centered campus culture. It also develops student leaders who serve as ambassadors for Neumann, strengthening peer support networks and enhancing the overall student experience.
