TimelyCare provides virtual mental health and wellness support at www.timelycare.com/NU to include:
a. TalkNow - 24/7 emotional and mental health support;
b. Scheduled Counseling - up to 9 counseling visits per school year with a licensed mental health therapist;
c. Health Coaching – scheduled coaching sessions to support students with developing healthy lifestyle behaviors for nutrition, sleep habits, time management, mindfulness, and more;
d. Care Navigation – for students interested in connecting with off-campus providers and specialists who accept their health insurance. Call 833-484-6359 and select option 1.
NU Pastoral Counseling - Confidential pastoral counseling is available through Pastoral Ministries. Contact Sister Linda DiCero at 610-358-4213 for more information.
Victim & Survivor Support
If you believe you are the victim of Sexual Misconduct, you are encouraged to immediately seek medical attention and or assistance from law assistance.
Delaware County Victim Assistance Center- Counseling therapy and advocacy services for those who have experienced trauma through sexual assault or other crimes. Call 610-566-4342 or visit www.delcovictimassistance.org.
Domestic Abuse Project of Delaware County provides safety, advocacy and supportive services to victims of domestic abuse not otherwise available within Delaware County. Call 610-566-4590
