Neumann University welcomes many visitors during the year through a variety of programming options available for all types of students. Sign up for a weekday campus visit or one of our major-specific events today!

Weekday Campus Visits

Weekday visits are generally offered at the times listed below during the academic year. Please check our events calendar for up-to-date visit availability and to register for your visit. Weekday visits start and finish in the Office of Admissions, Bachmann Building, Room 153.

Mondays: 10:00am, 1:00pm, and 3:00pm
Tuesdays: 10:00am, 1:00pm, and 3:00pm
Wednesdays: 10:00am, 1:00pm, and 3:00pm
Thursdays: 10:00am, 1:00pm, and 3:00pm
Fridays: 10:00am, and 1:00pm

Saturday Campus Visits

Saturday visits are offered on select Saturdays throughout the academic year and include a campus tour and an information session with an Admissions Counselor. Please check our events calendar for up-to-date visit availability and to register for your visit. Saturday visits start and finish in the Multi-Purpose Hall in the John J. Mullen Communications Center.

Group Visits

Neumann University hosts campus visits geared toward groups of college-bound students throughout the year. Group visits are available on Mondays and Fridays.

If you would like to arrange a group visit, please review our guidelines and submit a request form at least four weeks in advance. To submit the form, email to neumann@neumann.edu or fax to 610-361-2548.

Requirements

Due to the high volume of visitors to the campus, groups planning to visit should follow these guidelines:

  • Reservations should be made at least four weeks in advance.
  • Students should be in grades 9-12.
  • Groups must provide at least one chaperone for every 10 students visiting the campus.
  • Maximum group size is 40 students plus chaperones.
  • Contact the Office of Admissions at 610-558-5616 if anyone in the group will need disability accommodations.

Agenda

  • Information Session
    Our thirty-minute information sessions are led by an experienced Admissions staff member and will cover topics of university admissions criteria, majors, financial aid, campus housing and student life.
  • Walking Tour
    The tour is led by a student ambassador, or Neumann Navigator, and will include popular buildings and locations across campus.
  • Lunch on Campus
    We can make accommodations for groups of 25 students or less to purchase lunch at our Crossroads Café. For groups with more than 25 students, we ask that the group prepare bagged lunches for each of the students. We will provide a space on campus to enjoy your lunch.

The campus tour typically takes an hour and fifteen minutes.

Yes the tour is a student-led walking tour of the campus with a mixture of indoor and outdoor stops. Students and guests with physical handicaps or injuries who are unable to participate in a walking tour are asked to notify the Office of Admissions prior to your visit to arrange accommodations.

Trained student ambassadors, or Neumann Navigators, lead the tours. Neumann Navigators can provide historical and current uses of buildings, inform visitors of university traditions, and provides views and perspectives of the student experience.

Dress for the tour is casual. The tour is a walking tour, so please wear comfortable shoes. Prepare for the weather: remember sun protection and rain gear if the weather permits!

If rain or snow is light to moderate, we will still provide the campus tour. Severe weather conditions may prevent the tour from going outside, however, you are able to meet with an admissions counselor in the office.

When you register for a weekday campus visit, you are automatically scheduled to meet with a counselor where you discuss academic requirements, application process or any other questions you may have about Neumann University.
