Contactless Materials Request Pickup
Contactless Pickup service for Neumann library and inter-library loan materials is currently available for Neumann students, faculty, and staff. Books, DVDs, and other circulating items from the Library’s online catalog may be checked out and claimed using the procedures detailed below.
Once a request has been submitted, please check your Neumann email for confirmation that your requested items are available and for additional details regarding pick-up.
Note: Physical materials from Interlibrary Loan may not be available at this time as many Libraries have temporarily suspended this service.
Pick-up will generally take place just outside the Library on Fridays between 12pm – 4pm.
Orders placed after 3pm on Thursdays will not be available until the following Friday.

- Please use the catalog link to ensure our library owns your item.
- When you locate it, write down the following information to complete your online request:
- Neumann University Call Number
- Fill out the required information using the “Request Item” button below
- Repeat the steps above for each item you wish to request for pick-up
You will receive an email when your requested items are available and details regarding pickup. Generally, pick–up will take place outside the Main Library doors on Fridays between the hours of 12pm – 4pm. If you have questions or would like to discuss alternate arrangements, please contact us at email@example.com.
Books are to be returned to the Book drop outside of Library on or before the due date.
If a renewal is needed please email the Library at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and the title of the material, you would like to renew.
Materials can only be renewed two (2) times.
