The mission of Student Health Services is to provide care for students' physical health, enabling their thriving and well-being. Our dedicated Student Health Services team is here to support your well-being throughout your college journey. The team includes a Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, Physician, and Student Services Coordinator—each committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care. We are well-equipped to address the common illnesses and injuries that affect college students, ensuring you stay healthy and focused on your academic success.

Appointment scheduling:

Whether you're dealing with a respiratory infection, asthma, orthopedic injury, UTI, or seeking care of other concerns, our Student Health Services teams is here to help. In addition to the weekly walk-in hours, undergraduate students can schedule an appointment by calling 610-558-5540, emailing studenthealth@neumann.edu, or going through the Student Health Services Portal, and filling out the Appointment Request form.

Please note: The Medical Director in Student Health Services has limited hours of availability and only sees students in person, 1 day a month during the academic year. Limited services are available during the summer. Please email studenthealth@neumann.edu to inquire about hours.

Graduate students & after-hours care should access care through TimelyCareMD.

What to Expect During Your Appointment:

The length of your appointment may vary depending on the nature and severity of your health concern. As with all health care settings, students with urgent or emergency needs are prioritized and seen immediately. Please note that community members should call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room in an emergency. If your appointment is affected and you’d prefer to reschedule, please speak with our Student Services Coordinator at the front desk—we’re happy to help.
