Child Development Center Summer Camp (Ages 3–9)
- Ages: 3–9 (must be potty trained)
- Dates: June 29 – August 7 (closed July 3)
- Hours: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Schedule: 3–5 days per week options
- Format: Full-day or half-day

Camp RISES is a traditional day camp available for boys and girls ages 7-12. Each week features a different theme that will be weaved through activities along with regular activities such as hiking, art, STEM, and tie dye! We are excited and look forward to having you at our camps here at Neumann University.
June 15–18
Nifty Nature
Description: Did you know that roughly 60% of Pennsylvania is covered in forests? Spend your week exploring the nature that surrounds us every day! Take a hike around campus, participate in nature bingo, and learn all about trees, rivers, and rocks.
Campers will also do art and STEM activities, tie dye shirts, visit the campus library, and more! Thursday will be a day of water games and a pizza lunch.

June 22–26
Crafty Critters
Description: Some animals are known to be creative, like otters using a rock to open shellfish and spiders spinning their homes out of web! We’ll learn all about the animal kingdom’s most crafty critters through animal games, art projects, and observing the animals we see every day!
Campers will also do art and STEM activities, tie dye shirts, visit the campus library, and more! Friday will be a day of water games and a pizza lunch.

June 29–July 2
Party in the USA
Description: It’s a party in the USA! 2026 is the start of America’s 250th anniversary, and we want to celebrate! Join us for a fun week of celebrations. Each day will be a different party, starting with a birthday party on Monday!
Campers will also do art and STEM activities, tie dye shirts, visit the campus library, and more! Thursday will be a day of water games and a pizza lunch.

July 6–10
Shark Week
Description: For over 30 years, sharks have had their time in the spotlight for 1 week each July. We’ll be learning all about sharks and their environments for this fin-tastic week! Get ready for a deep dive on all things shark!
Campers will also do art and STEM activities, tie dye shirts, visit the campus library, and more! Friday will be a day of water games and a pizza lunch.

World Travelers
Description: The 2026 FIFA World Cup is coming to Philadelphia! Spend the week exploring the countries and cultures of the teams playing locally. We’ll broaden our horizons in our own backyard.
Campers will also do art and STEM activities, tie dye shirts, visit the campus library, and more! Friday will be a day of water games and a pizza lunch.

July 20–24
Out of this World
Description: Suns and stars and planets, oh my! It’s time for lift off as we look towards the sky to learn about space. This week will be full of amazing space science like moon rock candy and fizzy rockets!
Campers will also do art and STEM activities, tie dye shirts, visit the campus library, and more! Friday will be a day of water games and a pizza lunch.

Chef Sir Francis
Description: The Neumann mascot, Sir Francis, has decided to try his hands at cooking, but he needs your help! You’ll build a cookbook and fill it with all the recipes we try this week. Fun is on the menu!

Detective for a Week
Description: Come be a detective for a week! You’ll help solve a camp mystery, create a scavenger hunt, and meet a detective from Aston PD! It will be a mysteriously fun week.

Color Battles
Description: Battle it out with your fellow campers as we determine which color reigns supreme – blue or yellow! You’ll spend the week preparing for the ultimate showdown on Friday. Earn points for your color throughout the week by participating in activities and challenges.

Celebrate Summer
Description: Summer is almost over, so it’s time to celebrate! After 9 weeks of exploring, it all comes together for our final week! Camp RISES will go out in style with a week of all our favorite activities.
