Requirements

All incoming Freshman and transfer students must
submit a completed physical form.  All immunizations must be up-to-date.  Any student who does not comply with this requirement may be restricted from future registration privileges and college residency.

Meningitis Vaccine

All students living on campus must receive a meningitis vaccine or sign a meningitis waiver form.  This vaccine can be obtained through your Primary Care Physician before entering college.  The College does not provide this vaccine.

Health Insurance

All full-time traditional students are required to have health insurance.  If a student has health insurance, they must sign the waiver form to avoid being enrolled in the college plan.  For information concerning the health insurance, contact Deb Maloney at 610-558-5608.
