Maintenance Requests

The Office of Residence Life in collaboration with Facilities and Residence Life Advisory Board (RLAB) would like to introduce a streamline way for students and parents to report maintenance concerns. This new communication method is for non-emergency maintenance requests. If you have a maintenance emergency it is always best to contact a Residence Life staff member or Campus Safety immediately at 610.558.5555.

 

This communication system is a way for our students and parents to have 24-hour access for reporting maintenance requests that are mild to moderate.

Our uniquely personal commitment is that all complete requests will be submitted to Facilities in 12 hours or less and that there will be follow-up in 36 hours or less.

 

Please understand during peak periods like Student Move-In, Orientation, and/or inclement weather work requests will be processed as soon as possible but could be subject to delay. We ask the students to participate in our commitment by being present when a work request is scheduled.
