Join Christ in the City in serving the poor living in Center City. The Christ in the City missionaries and greater community welcome the poor to a communal lunch. In sharing a meal, we seek to cultivate relationships. Volunteers are welcomed and encouraged to join in serving and talking with these men and women experiencing homelessness. The St. Francis Inn is a restaurant-style soup kitchen serving over 350 meals a day to the neediest individuals and families in Philadelphia since 1979. Neumann students assist with the preparation, serving, and hospitality. Transportation is provided!

Join us as we work with Kids Against Hunger Philadelphia to pack over 13,000 meals for the hungry in our area! Thursday, November 16 from 10am-4pm in the Bruder Life Center Gymnasium. Sign up for a shift or shifts or drop in when you can on that day!

Transportation provided! Lunch in the Park is held every Wednesday at noon. Training is required for all first-time volunteers. All volunteers are encouraged to sit down and talk with the men and women experiencing homelessness.
